Our certified organic Mexican coffee  comes from small growers in the Soconusco region of Chiapas. The farms here grow outstanding coffee, much of it due to the growers ability to use natural forest canopy for shading their coffee trees. The cup it produces is rich with dark chocolate notes, nutty after tones and a slightly sweet citrus like acidity. Roasted Medium
