Sentinel Coffee is a boutique coffee roaster in beautiful Juneau, Alaska. We are dedicated to providing you with absolutely fresh organic coffee. We only sell organic products. We believe in protecting the health of both the farm workers that produce our great coffee and the environment in which our coffee grows. Much of our coffee is purchased from farmer owned cooperatives, connecting us to the people who grow our delicious coffee and ensuring that they receive a fair price for their labor and can continue their tradition of producing great beans.

On this side of the world we are also striving to be responsible. To cut our emissions, we roast with an all electric roaster using hydro sourced electricity and make our deliveries in an electric vehicle. To account for the impact of shipping beans to Alaska, we offset carbon with Juneau Carbon Offset Fund. Your purchase helps make that possible.
